Originally from Ireland, Lavinia currently serves as the Director of Corporate Quality Systems at Hologic, Inc. in the USA, where she has been a driving force in implementing and streamlining electronic tools to support quality processes on a global level.
Lavinia has a proven track record of managing CAPA, nonconformance, management controls, training, document control, environmental compliance, and post-market surveillance processes. She is an experienced people manager who has led international teams and is passionate about developing people’s skills and building strong, cohesive teams.
Prior to her current position, Lavinia held various roles at companies such as Haemonetics and Boston Scientific, where she honed her expertise in quality systems management. She has a degree in Applied Biology from the Waterford Institute of Technology in Ireland and is a member of the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society. With her extensive experience and proven track record of success, Lavinia has expert insight in the industry.”
